ReLL may only be 22-years-old but he has words of wisdom on "8 Rules" where he drops gem after gem along side Rae Cherry. ReLL was born in Philly but later moved to California and that transition is noticeable in his style which is clearly influenced by a large range of hip-hop. With an east-coast inspired pen game and a west-coast swag, ReLL has all the tools he needs to make hits.
