The city of Chicago has been a haven for hip hop talent for over the past 25 years. The windy city has brought such legends as Common, Twista, and Kanye West to the new innovators like Chance the Rapper, Chief Keef, and Famous Dex. Now, the Chi represents the homebase for a new trio, OTB or Only The Brothas, claiming next to hold down the Chi Town. 

With their new mixtape out now "Before Oppz", Kaydee, Tae Tae, and Young Smook make up the group called Only The Brothas(O.T.B). Comprised of 3 actual brothers, OTB started from humble beginnings recording in their basement and showcasing their talent to family and friends. Their style carries and energetic and innovating sound that is almost a fusion of bounce/drill and trippy music instrumentations, which seperates OTB’s sound for the rest. With continuous guidance from their uncle Eugene “Mizzy Me” Body and hard work, the only place I see OTB is at the top. -Richard Dixon

Lead-Up to Next Project

Yung Law just released his visual for his latest record, "Ahhhhh Sh*t". Take a look into Law's life as he hits the streets on the West Side of Chicago. The Chicago-based MC is currently prepping his upcoming project, but decided to drop the track for your Summer listening pleasure. You can catch Yung Law on a stage near you this Summer in Chicago, including on September 2nd alongside Sasha Go Hard at Jerry's Wicker Park. Much more coming from Law very soon!!



Brewski & Matti Baybee Release Visual for "Adios"

Chicago artists Brewski and Matti Baybee (Chief Keef's cousin) link up and give us a new single titled "Adios". The track, produced by Who Is Kid Dream and the video directed by Hued Productions, is pushing people to strive for something bigger and better in their lives. Change is always good...and "Adios" is a anthem saying adios to the old life. Brewski and Matti Baybee have both been achieving their dreams in the music industry, so the message comes at the right time. Brewski recently headlined House of Blues in Chicago and has appeared at a few industry events in Los Angeles, performing alongside Tyga. You can catch him at a number of events in Chicago and LA throughout the summer.

Dj Mil-Ticket announces "The Peoples Choice" project 


 Jun 1st, 2015 - Chicago, IL 

 Over the last few years, Dj Mil-Ticket has become a house hold name and the support has been growing by the hundreds each and everyday. Known for having an accurate ear for the hottest sounds in the streets, many artists flocked to him to break their music on the countless mixtapes that Dj Mil- Ticket has produced. Other music lovers, who are not in the performing arena often hit up Mil-Ticket to expose new artists to him rather known or unknown. Like always, he listens. Quite often, supporters of Dj Mil-Ticket will ask when can they find certain artists on upcoming Mixtapes. Staying true to the fans, Dj Mil-Ticket came up with the idea for "The People's Choice" mixtape along with the help of Lil Durk and his brother Dthang. The People's Choice Mixtape is a collaboration of artists that the streets are asking for such as: Lil Durk, TP, Edai, Top Shotta, Lil Herb, Katie Got Bandz, King Louie, Lil Mouse, Paris Beuller, Leoski D, Mikey Dollaz, JB, Prince Dre and Zona Man, just to mention a few. The People's Choice Mixtape is designed to give fans what they want and as always, Dj Mil-Ticket aims to please with this hard hitting release which is set for a Jul 25th official date.
